There currently is a slight uproar about three 65 passives in Lagendia as of late. These are all CD reduction skills of the Smasher, Blade Dancer and Spirit Dancer classes. Time Controller, as stated in the tin, reduces the CD of all Laser tree skills by 10%, while Blade and Spirit cuts 12% of the wait time for Breeze Call Dance and Illusion Dance, respectively. However, there had been shouts and reports that they do not speed up the encompassed skills. The fog shall be dispelled. If you are familiar with an Alchemist's Cocktail, an Acrobat's Spirit Boost and a Force User's Beyond Time, these skills speed up the refresh time of your skills. That's a given. Here is a review on how they work: They do not change the CD value (as you can observe in your skill tree by pressing K by default) if you happened to activate the skill cooldown timer in your client's settings. Instead, these skills change the ticking speed of the count down to 'Skill is now available! Press me now!' status. With that said, you can test these 65 passives by using a stopwatch after releasing the skill affected by these passives. You will see that they DO work. TL;DR? It's like having a mini-Cocktail, mini-SB or a pathetic BT buff. Permanently. References: forum.cherrycredits.com/topic/214296-reported-bugs-known-issues-list-level-70-patch/
