There are no other means to successfully enhance 60L items without relying on luck. If Lady Luck smiles upon you, then consider yourself blessed. Otherwise, you lose gold. T.T
For enhancing 0 until +12, the success rate is fixed to 33.33%, while going to +13 has a 15%. For those who are brave enough to reach the +14 enhancement mark, it's a 5% chance to get shouted in the world chat.
The elusive +15 has 1% chance to push through.
Also, when enhancing to +7 and up, there is a 25% chance of breaking the item.
With these low rates of success compared to B-, A- and S-grade items, praying to the goddess Altea might be your best option.
TL;DR? Just push your luck.
